Mariner's Ridge is an absolutely breathtaking hike that's full of surprises. You'll find yourself walking through red silty clay / silty clay loam soils, trekking through forests, and rock climbing / scaling cliffs alongside the most breathtaking ocean views. It's so worth every step. Mother nature sure knows how to show off with these varied terrains and scenic views.The best part is you can make this hike as easy or challenging as you'd like. Of course, Evan and I always choose the latter. We love going that extra mile, it tends not to be a crowded one. It's just so addicting to keep adventuring further and discovering more. It's good to have an end to journey toward; but it's truly the journey that matters, in the end.
